A Windows workflow for professional booth hardware

The ClickStation Windows edition is designed for operators using a booth computer as the center of the event setup. Windows is a practical choice when the booth needs a connected professional camera, printer, local event assets and a guest-facing workflow.

Connect professional cameras and webcams

ClickStation has broad support for Canon, Nikon and Sony DSLR or mirrorless workflows plus webcams. Exact compatibility can vary by camera model, firmware, drivers and connection method, so check the specific model before a live event.

Run multiple capture experiences

ClickStation supports photo capture, GIFs, boomerangs, standard video and 360 video as part of the wider product capability. Configure the event around the experience and hardware you plan to use.

Design layouts and print on-site

Prepare branded photo strips or event layouts and connect a supported printer for physical output. Epson workflows are especially easy to configure, but individual printer models should still be checked and tested.

Offer QR, WhatsApp, email and galleries

When internet is available, ClickStation supports QR, WhatsApp and email sharing together with cloud upload and online galleries. Plan the guest delivery flow before the event instead of adding it on-site.

Keep core capture and printing available offline

Core capture and print operation can work without internet. Online delivery and cloud functions require connectivity, so test the local booth flow separately from the internet-dependent path.

Test the exact Windows booth before deployment

Use the same computer, camera, printer, drivers, cables and event layout that will go on-site. A successful test on different hardware is not a substitute for a full rehearsal on the production booth.
