When you submit a ClickStation software request, we may collect your name, company or brand name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, location, estimated monthly event volume, current software, selected platform and the requirements you provide.

How we use it

We use this information to review your software request, contact you, provide the appropriate release and onboarding guidance, offer technical support, and improve our software and service experience.

Email communication

Submitting a software request triggers a confirmation email and allows the ClickStation team to contact you about that request. We do not require you to subscribe to general marketing to request software access.

Service providers

Our website and request workflow may use infrastructure and email delivery providers to securely process website requests and transactional email. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.
